Today, we were taking updated photos of the babies. They are two and a half weeks old and just adorable. Well the boy's got Nala's babies out and I took the photo. Then I as was giving them back, I noticed one was dragging it's hind end. It appears to be paralyzed, pulling it's self with the front legs.
Don't know how it happened or when. The last time we had them out they were one week old. So I just took the photo and placed them back in the box. They did not move around enough at that point for me to see. I am guessing that at some point, Mom must have jumped on her, breaking her back. This one has a great head on it and looked very promising.
Their photo is in the Rabbits and babies folder. She is the one on the left. I will probably wait until they are weaned just to make sure the injury can not correct itself. Will be praying but I don't think so.
On the stitching front not much accomplished. With the show all day Saturday and than house work on Sunday no stitching done. Currently I am working on the Birth Annoucement for our grandson, who will be a year old next month, better late than never. Also the bookmark Devin asked for in January. Hope to have it finished by the start of school next week.
Can't believe summer is almost over. Another year just flow by. Really kind of bummed.
