Drama continues

OK, these little &*(^'s better be worth it. So, we blocked the front of the cage, not sure, but just in case it did go through the wire.

Well, I went to check on them this morning and I find one hanging, half way up the back of the cage. He got his head and front leg through the wire. Lucky, he also got a back leg through another hole or he would have hung himself. We had to cut the cage to get it out, and than I spent two hours trying to warm it back up. After hand warming and blowing warm air on it, was not working, let's just say he went between the mountains for a warm up. Once he start to move around, we grabbed mom, who had some milk available and forced her to feed. This takes two people one to hold mom and one to place the babies. Mom is again pissed at me, as I held her on her back. The kids placed the babies.

I did take a photo of the cut cage, that had to be cut in three places to get it free. Well, post later.
